I can't find my company listed anywhere on your site – what do I do?
If you are not listed in our courtesy listings, the quick and simple way to get added to our database is to purchase a priority listing. Our courtesy listings are updated every 6 months.
How soon before I can see my advertising on your sites?
Your listing will appear on our web site immediately. Any additional products purchased, such as banners, display ads, or web sites, will appear as soon as you have configured them in your account management system.
What are the advertising products you offer?
Our advertising products are the priority listings, banners, display ads, and web sites.
How does my advertising get seen by consumers?
Customers visit our web site in many ways, but the most common way for someone to see your ad is through a search engine, like Yahoo or Google. All of our cities and categories are submitted to the search engines, and when a consumer searches for your category of business or city, they would travel to our web site from the search engine.
Can you guarantee me business if I advertise with your yellow pages?
Just like any other form of advertising, we cannot guarantee that the customer will buy from you – we can only expose a consumer to your listing and give you the ability to showcase your products and services.
If I have a complaint, concern, or comment, how do I address it?
Your account management system, provided to you after purchase of one of our products, gives you an easy way to contact our support staff.
Do you have live support available?
We do not have this feature available at this time, but deliver prompt responses to support requests made with our account management system.

Our courtesy listing data is updated every 6 months to include new businesses and remove those that are no longer in business. This ensures that our listings remain useful to consumers visiting our site.
How large is your yellow pages database?
Our database contains approximately 30 million business listings across the United States.
Do other yellow page directories online have more listings than you?
Our database is kept up to date with the latest companies, and we believe that it is the most comprehensive indexes of businesses available online.

What is your 100% guarantee?
You will have a full 30 days to change your mind for any reason. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased services, and your account is cancelled within 30 days from the date of your order, you can receive a refund for these services. View more information about our guarantee here.

Is my credit card and ordering information secure with your company?
We value the security and privacy of our customers' information. Our credit cards are processed using Authorize.Net, a company that has been trusted with ordering information since 1996.
How can I determine if my order has been received?
A receipt will be sent to your billing email address as a confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us.
How do you handle orders from outside the U.S. and Canada?
Please contact a sales representative for more information on international sales.
Will I be charged sales tax?
No sales tax will be applied to your order.
How do I increase my advertising exposure with you beyond what I initially ordered?
You can make modifications to your account at any time using your account management system.
How do you receive payment every month?
We charge your credit card or checking account (as selected by your order) for the price of your account each month.
Do you accept payments by mail?
We do not accept mailed payments, only electronic payments.
Do I have a contract or obligation at any time?
You are not obligated to continue service in any way.
Can I cancel my advertising at any time?
Yes, you are free to cancel your advertising package at any time.
What will I pay when I cancel?
You will pay the charges for your current pay period, with a maximum amount of one month's payment.
Can I cancel only parts of my advertising?
You are able to cancel individual portions of your advertising package, though this may affect any discounted prices due to special advertising packages.
If I don't cancel my account online, will you keep charging my account?
If you do feel the need to cancel your account, please do this through the online account management system. This is the only way to ensure that your cancellation is processed promptly and no additional charges made. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.
Am I responsible for payments if I don't update my billing information and you are unable to get payment?
If your account is not cancelled, you will be responsible for any payments until your account goes into collections. Additional fees may apply once your account has gone into collection.
If my account goes into collections for non-payment, can I bring the account current by calling you?
No, your account must be settled with the collection company.

What is a priority listing?
A priority listing places your business above the competition in your categories. Your business is listed in bold, and customers are provided with your web site, email, a map to your location, your phone number, and more – all in easy package.
What does a priority listing include?
  1. Priority placement of your listing above all courtesy directory listings in your selected categories and cities.
  2. Your company name in bold and blue, linked to your web site.
  3. Your address and phone number prominently displayed.
  4. Up to 100 characters to describe your business, your products, services, or to make a special offer.
  5. Link to your web site.
  6. Link to your email.
  7. Link to a map to your location.
  8. The comfort of knowing your business is listed prominently in one of the “the 5 most visited sites in all of 'North America'” and “the 4 most visited sites in the 'United States.'”
What's the difference between a courtesy and priority directory listing?
A courtesy listing is a basic, non-bold listing that is provided to new businesses as a service to consumers visiting our site. Priority listings place the advertiser's business in bold, above the courtesy listings, and provide the advertiser with additional functionality for their business.
Why do I have to buy a priority listings if all I want is a banner or other advertising product?
The priority listing is the core of our product line, providing consumers with quality searchable business listings. The other products are powerful extensions of this priority listing.
How do I change information in my priority listing?
You can easily make changes to your priority listing using the account management system.

Banners

I don't have a banner. How do I get one?
We recommend that you use a banner design company, such as Banners Mall, to create a banner for your yellow pages ad.
How do I supply you with my banner?
You can upload your banner using the account management system.
How many impressions will I get with this banner?
You have an unlimited number of impressions to your banner. We do not limit or charge for the number of times a consumer can view your advertising per month.
Where will the customer go when they click on my banner?
The customer will be delivered to your display ad or web site link.

Display Ads

Who designs my display ad? How do I make changes?
You are provided full control to designing your display ad, using the account management system.
What are the dimensions of my display ad?
The display ad area is 700 pixels wide, and 350 pixels tall.

Web Sites

Who designs my web site? How do I make changes?
You are provided full control to design your web site, using the account management system.
When will my web site be up and visible?
Once your advertising has been purchased, you have the ability to create your web site at any time.
How many pages can I create in my web site?
You can create up to 7 pages.
Will my web site appear on search engines?
Your web site is submitted to the search engines along with the rest of Yellow Pages Nationwide's sites.
Does the web site have a shopping cart?
The web site system does not currently contain a shopping cart. However, nothing prevents you from integrating your web site with the shopping carts included with some online merchants, such as PayPal.
